Takhir Yazdurdievich Ernazarov - Director

Higher education. In 1983 he graduated with honors from the Pavlodar Industrial Institute with a degree in Automobiles and Tractors. Since 1987, postgraduate student at the Moscow Automechanical Institute. From 1988 to 1990, he was responsible for the complex of research work with the Kharkov Tractor Plant. In 1994, he studied at the Kazakh-German Academy of Economics and Law. In 1990 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
