SPC "Mashkhur Studies" aims to research, analyze and promote the legacy of Mashkhur-Zhusup Kopeyev

TASKS

Release of collections of works by the philosopher, release of collections of works by Mashkhur scientists, communication with schools, colleges and universities of the country, preparation of course programs and electives in the subject “Mashkhur studies”

DIRECTIONS

1. Problems: part of the scientist’s works remains unexplored due to the inaccessibility of manuscripts located in archives near and far abroad;

2. Analysis: literary, linguistic, philosophical, social, historical analyzes are applicable to the works of the thinker;

3. Collection: material is collected, translated, edited by scientists;

4. Patenting of new techniques: an electronic computer program has been developed;

5. Development: the new era requires modern approaches. Accordingly, research methods are changing. Digitalization and globalization can bring the ideas and thoughts of a philosopher anywhere in the world.

In 2018, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the “Strategic Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2025” was approved, in which the Head of State initiated the most important political documents of a strategic nature, including the Modernization of public consciousness, which plays a critical role in the implementation of strategic objectives.

In the list of the country’s strategic objectives for the medium term, along with economic growth, social policy, public administration and regional policy, there is the task of national identity, the basic principles of which are set out in the program article “Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru”.

The Kazakhstani model of social harmony and national unity is recognized as one of the most successful in the world because work is constantly being carried out to create favorable conditions for the further implementation of the right to freedom of conscience, as well as the free development of the culture and traditions of all ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan.

In this regard, strengthening Kazakhstani identity and unity on the principle of citizenship, creating conditions and supporting the development of the language, traditions and culture of different ethnic groups contributes to the creation of an effective system for the prevention and early warning of interethnic and interfaith conflicts.

The listed strategic objectives create a favorable environment for the revival and development of the origins of Kazakh spiritual culture, political and ethnic history, Kazakh philosophy and literature.

One of the outstanding representatives of the Kazakh intellectual elite is Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeyev - poet, philosopher and scientist.

In terms of the depth of poetic thought and philosophical insight into the essence of phenomena, Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeyev is on a par with the best poets and thinkers of the East. First of all, the scientist earned the respect of his contemporaries and descendants because, as a philosopher and philologist who speaks several languages, he enlightened the Kazakh people. As an excellent ethnographer, he preserved and passed on the history of a century and a half ago. Mashkhur Zhusup was the largest researcher of Kazakh oral folk art, as well as a famous expert in oriental literature and Islamic theory. Being an encyclopedist, he was at the same time a deeply religious person; he believed that without religion there is no science. The legacy of Mashkhur Zhusup became research: religious and philosophical reflections, scientific works, legends, folklore tales and predictions. A 20-volume volume of works was published by S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. Further heritage research is underway. Philosophers, philologists, historians and other scientists are finding more and more new facets in the works of Mashkhur.

The pulse and rhythm of Kopeyev’s thought, which is a vivid example of a philosophical understanding of the world and humanistic orientation, was determined by one fundamental question that worried the thinker all his life - the origins of the life of the people, the fate of the people, their moral aspirations and ideals, the possibilities of their introduction to universal human values and progress.

An appeal to the religious and philosophical views of Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeyev, permeated with high moral pathos and deep thought about the humanistic essence of culture as the embodiment of human creative powers, is especially relevant in the era of globalization, which has swept the whole world, including Kazakhstan, which is in the process of searching for national identity , self-identity and spiritual rebirth, thereby determining the direction of future prospects.

COURSES

1. Together with the department of “Performing Arts” (head of the department Popandopulo M.P.), 72-hour advanced training courses “Innovations in Music Education” were conducted for music teachers with the issuance of certificates from S. Toraighyrov PSU. Read online and offline by university scientists, foreign scientists, psychologists and musicians (2019);

2. Together with the department of “Psychology and Pedagogy” (acting head of the department Burdina E.I.) S. Toraighyrov PSU, 72-hour advanced training courses “Workshop on Pedagogy and Psychology” were conducted (2019);

3. Advanced training courses “Psychological and pedagogical support for persons with mental disorders.” 56 people were trained, all received certificates of completion of 72-hour advanced training courses. There were foreign speakers. The courses were a test version for commercialization. Content has been developed, a speaker base has been created, and the audience was ready. Collaborations between scientists from NCJSC “Toraighyrov University” and scientists from near and far abroad are being developed, and conditions have been created for future scientific projects (2022).

MEMORANDUMS

A memorandum was drawn up and signed between the head of the Education Department of the Pavlodar region, Dinislam Bolatkhanuly, and the Chairman of the Board-Rector of NCJSC “Toraighyrov University”, Yerkin Sadykov, on N. Anafina conducting advanced training courses, seminars, webinars and other events with the acceptance of certificates for certification of teachers (October-December 2021 )

JOBALAR/ PROJECTS

Mashkhur-Zhusup Kopeyev on the global Internet (2017), Model of integration of the heritage of Mashkhur-Zhusup Kopeyev into a foreign cultural space: prospects and cultural preferences (2017).

In April 2022, a volunteer project to help parents of children with mental disabilities took place. The organizer was Nailya Katkenovna Anafina, an employee of the scientific and practical center “Mashkhur Studies” of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (now: NCJSC “Toraighyrov University”).
